We'll get you started or get you to the next level. Regardless of your ability there is a mountain workshop for you. Want to learn all day or with your whole family then check out our private lesson options that offer the most attention and instruction. Need rentals?  With any group lesson purchase, rentals are $26 for adults.

These workshops cannot be pre-reserved. Sign up for these two workshops is done on the mountain only at either our Rental Shop or Snowsports School. CANCELLATION POLICY:  All Snowsport Lessons and Child Care have a 24-hour cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel or change a lesson or childcare reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the lesson or child care date.  Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of reservation date are subject to a $25 fee.  Cancellations or no shows the day of the reservations will forfeit 100% of the reservation product cost.  To cancel or change a reservation 24 hours or more in advance of your reservation, contact us at (800) 829-2442.

Beginner Workshop

Skiing or Snowboarding instruction for beginners ages 13 and up with no previous experience.  These 2 hour sessions are offered at 10:00am and 1:00pm. With any group lesson purchase, rentals are just $26 for adults.

Available at West Village and at Sunrise Lodge, sign-up for this workshop is done on the mountain only. You can sign up in our Rental Shop or at our Snowsports School. Recommend signing up 1 hour before preferred start time. Lesson times are 10:00 - 12:00 or 1:00 - 3:00.

Next Step Workshop

Skiing or Snowboarding instruction for ages 13 and up with previous experience.  Whether it's carving parallel turns, tackling your first blue run, or simply a quick tune up, these workshops will help you tackle whatever that next step is in your skiing or riding.  These 2 hour workshops are offered at 10:00am and 1:00pm daily at the West Village Ski and Snowboard School location. With any group lesson purchase rentals are $26 ($28 holidays*) for adults.

Available at West Village and at Sunrise Lodge, sign-up for this workshop is done on the mountain only. You can sign up in our Rental Shop or at our Snowsports School. Recommend signing up 1 hour before preferred start time. Lesson times are 10:00 - 12:00 or 1:00 - 3:00.

NEW - "Explore More in Four" - A four-pack of adult alpine skiing/snowboarding Next Step Workshop lessons is now available! This deeply-discounted lesson product (for ages 13 & up with previous experience) provides four adult Next Step Workshops on dates of your choosing during the winter season. This fun, guided, small-group lesson experience will give you an opportunity to explore more of Mt. Bachelor's mid-mountain, Northwest and Summit terrain. Our coaches will show you the rest of the mountain and teach you the skills to handle it! Purchase your "Explore More in Four" pack of adult Next Step Workshops for only $129! Minor Helmet Requirement

Mt. Bachelor strives to be an industry leader in Mountain Safety. To further this goal we are requiring students 17 and under in any Snowsports School lesson program to wear ski and snowboard specific helmets during lessons. For your convenience Mt. Bachelor offers helmets for rent or sale. Additional information about helmets and Snowsports can be found on the NSAA’s website at lidsonkids.org.

Snowsports and Childcare Cancelation Policy

No-Shows for lessons and childcare reservations forfiet 100% of the reservation deposit.  We will attempt to accommodate requests to reschedule reservations when notified 24 hours or more in advance of the lesson or childcare reservation.  Reschedule requests within 24 hours of reservation day/time without prior notification or rescheduling will forfeit reservation deposit.
